Another pair!
TA DA!!!
I am very thrilled to share a finished pair of socks. I got them done last night and even managed a quiet minute to Kitchener stitch them up.
I cast on right away for Ken's Swell hat. Nothing to show yet as I am just doing a swatch to figure out how many stitches to cast on.
I have hit a bit of a snag with knitting. Laila wants to help and by help I mean taking my yarn, putting it in her mouth and crawling away with it. She's kinda like a cat that way. I can fool her and tuck the yarn behind me so she can't get it but this doesn't work for the Kauni. The yarn is huge and multi-colored and she is particularily drawn to it. Progress is slow.

LOL. Kitty Laila. :)
Great socks! I'm still working on sock #2 of my first ever adult pair.
The socks look great. Congrats. You'll just have to give Laila her own ball of yarn.
Hey, cool! They look great. But if it only took you "a quiet minute" to Kitchener them, you are far more accomplished than I.
Those are awesome socks!

i read this over thanksgiving weekend, but had no time to comment. it was crazy around here. am i allowed to say that to you? perhaps not. :)
